About the Conference

The 2014 International Conference on Computer, Information, and Telecommunication Systems, CITS 2014, is an international forum for scientists, engineers, and practitioners to present their latest research and development results in all areas of Computer, Information, and Telecommunication Systems, CITS.

The conference will feature tutorials, technical paper presentations, workshops and distinguished keynote speeches. All accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore digital library.

Final Paper Submission

Papers should be written in English with a maximum paper length of 5 printed pages (10-point font, A4 size paper) including figures. For your submission you can use the standard IEEE Transactions templates for Microsoft Word or LaTeX formats found at:

Papers must be submitted in Portable Document Format (PDF) format, using the following EDAS link:

(1) Each full registration covers a maximum of 2 papers with 5 pages/paper. Any extra length beyond 5 pages/paper will be charged at a rate of €100/page. Full registration by authors must be made before June 15th in order to ensure that the paper will appear in the conference proceedings.

(2) IEEE and SCS members must keep updated their society memberships in EDAS.

Option 1: On-line registration

  1. Go to the CITS 2014 Registration at EDAS (sign in or, if you do not have an EDAS account, sign up)
    • Members of IEEE and SCS must keep updated their society memberships in EDAS (check the "update your society memberships" link) in order to register with reduced charges
  2. Select the proper registration option (the system will show to you only those that are eligible for you)
    • If your paper has 6-pages, you must select the extra-page option for each paper
    • If you have 3 or more papers you have to select extra paper fee as many times as the total number of extra papers

Option 2: Off-line registration

  1. Download and complete the CITS 2014 Registration Form (PDF, 161 KiB)
    • Please complete this form, zip it with your wire transfer documents and the IEEE/SCS card (if any) and upload to EDAS system (choose ‘pay by wire transfer’). Save the file as: Paper ID-Firstname-Surname.zip

Location and Venue

Hotel Information

All conference activities, including registration, will take place at the ShineVille Luxury Resort. ShineVille Luxury Resort is located in the clean sea area of #16, Tosan-ri, Pyoseon-Myeon, Seoguipo-si, or Tosan Tourism District, the only marine tourism district of Jeju, international free city.

The room is $210 (USD) per night. June is high season in Jeju, Korea, so we recommend the authors who wish to book a room to do it ASAP. The hotel registration form (PDF, 245 KiB) is available.
